Yes! We issue solidary guarantee and waive the division benefit. The only thing we ask is that each roommate have his own guarantor, be it Garantme or someone else.

The Garantme Guarantee® is intended for students, young workers, expats and freelance: these people we trust but we had the habit of refusing for warranty reasons.

1. We analyze the income, savings and liquid assets of the tenant or his responsible party with a maximum effort rate of 40%.
2. We have a moral guarantee from the exclusive partners of Garantme who make tenants responsible.
3. We perform a reliability analysis and certify the information provided by the tenant.

Not at all ! No deductible is imposed, you are compensated from the first euro 30 days after the delivery of the payment order

From the date of issue, the Garantme Guarantee® covers the full payment of rent and expenses during the term of the lease and any renewals up to a limit of €36,000 unpaid rent and 36 months of compensation.

No problem, we take care of the legal procedure to speed up the eviction procedure.

Following receipt of the draft lease, the guarantee is issued in less than two hours

1 - Transmission of the lease project before signing
The lessor or his agent contacts Garantme by email or telephone to continue the steps. He may also directly forward a draft lease, unsigned, to the addressbailleur@garantme.fr.

2 - Payment of expenses Garantme by the tenant
The tenant pays his expenses and signs his Garantme contract on www.garantme.fr. The Garantme Guarantee® is free for the lessor and his agent.

3 - Issuance of the guarantee by Garantme
In less than 2 hours, Garantme issues the guarantee and sends it to the lessor or his agent and the tenant by email.

4 - Signing of the lease
The lessor and the tenant sign the lease and return it initialed to all the pages under 15 days by email to bailleur@garantme.fr .
Garantme accompanies the lessor throughout the legal procedure in case of unpaid rents and takes care of the eviction procedure operationally and financially.

1 - 15 days after the rent due date

The lessor or his representative write to bailleur@garantme.fr.We initiate an amicable recovery procedure with the tenant, his Responsible Party (his parents) and his sponsor (the school for students).

For your part, we send you the reminder email to send him, in his language.

2 - 30 days after the due date of the rent
We send the landlord the letter to send to the bailiff who sends a command to pay the tenant to the clause resolving the lease.

3 - 60 days after the rent due date

If the payment order is not regularized by the tenant, our insurer compensates you for unpaid rent and then starts legal proceedings against the tenant.

Thereafter, you are compensated every month in arrears within the limit of 36 000 €.
