In case of dissatisfaction, you can address your complaint to: reclamation@garantme.fr
We will acknowledge receipt within 10 working days from the date of sending, and in any case, we will respond to the complaint within a maximum of 2 months.
If the disagreement persists, you can seek the opinion of the Médiateur de l’Assurance online at the address La Médiation de l’assurance - Home

Submission to the La Médiation de l’Assurance is free but can only occur after sending us a written complaint.
